Kelly Hodges (Australia)

  • Insulin Resistance
  • Mothers
  • Business Owners

Nutritionist, Dietitian, Personal Trainer, Author
Current  Studies: Diabetes Education through Deakin University

With a Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of the Sunshine Coast, and 10 years experience as a Dietitian, Kelly lives and breathes nutrition for herself, her family and her clients.

It all began when Kelly was seeing a wide range of clients searching for ways to lose weight, boost energy and clear brain fog in her early new grad days. However, despite the clients doing EXACTLY what was recommended, they weren’t getting the results they deserved. This troubled Kelly and she dived deeper into nutrition and the research to find the answers.

Kelly put her research to the test and started seeing results instantly. Her clients were finally able to lose weight effortlessly, they were finally feeling full, they were happier people who could work more efficiently without the brain fog, and their energy levels soared. Overall, they became happier, more confident and more productive people both at home and in their workplace.

Fast forward 10 years and Kelly has now helped hundreds of people all over Australia achieve their goals and get their confidence and energy levels back. She has helped many individuals to reverse their pre-diabetes and put Type 2 Diabetes into remission too.

With over a decade of experience as a dietitian and being an entrepreneurial mother of two young children, Kelly has stepped into coaching mothers who are also business owners to learn how to take back control over their energy levels so they can continue being the best they can be both in their work, and in their homes.
